- Provide day-to-day administration and support of the ServiceNow platform
- Manage incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues
- Investigate reported problems, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities
- Monitor platform health, performance, and system stability
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, notifications, and user access
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration or support
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules
- Experience working with Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience managing users, groups, roles, and access controls
Що пропонуємо
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience supporting ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or CMDB modules
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with integrations and REST APIs
- Experience working in Agile environments
