Що робити

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support of the ServiceNow platform
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues
  • Investigate reported problems, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution activities
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and system stability
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, notifications, and user access

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration or support
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules
  • Experience working with Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience managing users, groups, roles, and access controls

Що пропонуємо

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience supporting ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or CMDB modules
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
  • Experience with integrations and REST APIs
  • Experience working in Agile environments
