As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in owning and driving our daily delivery operations. This is a brilliant opportunity for an organized coordinator or junior project manager to step into the hosting infrastructure world. You don’t need to be a deep tech expert on day one—we are ready to fully train you on the technical side. What we look for is a strong logical mindset, flawless execution, and a project management approach to daily workflows.
We are looking for a professional who has:
1–2 years of experience in project management, coordination, hosting operations, service delivery, or support roles.
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with task managers (experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, etc., is highly preferred).
Excellent understanding of process logic, task prioritization, and workflow dependencies (knowing what can run in parallel and what blocks the flow).
A basic understanding or active interest in IT infrastructure, hardware, data centers, networking, or hosting environments (understanding what a server, fiber/power cable, or SFP is).
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on details.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and good relationship-building skills.
Fluent English (B2+ / Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and verbal, comfortable hosting live meetings (internal onboarding is 100% in English).
The legal ability to travel internationally for a 1–2 week onboarding and team integration experience.
You’ll be focusing on:
Project Management & Coordination: Owning and coordinating the customer delivery process from the moment a sales order lands in Jira (creating action plans, establishing project timelines, and managing workflows).
Client & Internal Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for international clients, sending welcome emails, running kick-off meetings, providing regular status updates, and following up on internal communication.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Supporting and coordinating cross-team communication (Operations, Engineering, Sales) on ongoing activities to ensure smooth horizontal workflows.
Logistics & Procurement: Managing logistics and shipment coordination (tracking, communication with carriers, DCs, etc.). Ordering standard equipment and spare parts (SFPs, cables, accessories, etc.).
Operational Support: Supporting hardware inventory tracking and stock updates. Assisting in maintaining delivery procedures, documentation, KPIs, and reporting, keeping tickets updated.
