This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements.
Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and execute a complete SEO strategy tailored to the IT/SaaS/B2B space
Perform technical audits and implement site-wide improvements (crawlability, indexing, site speed, etc.)
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities
Optimize existing content and create SEO content briefs for high-converting landing pages and blog articles
Collaborate with writers and developers to implement SEO best practices across content and code
Monitor key SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, click-through rates) and adjust strategies based on data
Stay current with algorithm updates and SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience managing SEO for IT, SaaS, or B2B companies
Demonstrated success in the US and/or Canadian markets—experience with other regions is not relevant for this role
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4
Excellent understanding of keyword intent, content optimization, and site architecture
Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics and how websites are structured for SEO performance
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and present actionable recommendations
Fluent English (B2/C1+) with strong written communication skills
