- 3+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead SEO in B2C web products operating in Tier-1 markets.
- Proven track record of leading SEO teams, managing budgets, and taking total ownership of organic growth KPIs.
- Hands-on expertise with PBNs and high-velocity off-page strategies, with a mature understanding of risk mitigation.
- Advanced Technical SEO skills: Indexation management, dynamic rendering, structured data/schema, multi-tier link building.
- Practical AI & Automation experience: Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO), AI content pipelines, and workflow automation (n8n, Python/JS scripts, APIs).
