We’re looking for a Senior Web UX/UI Designer to help our clients from all over the world create modern, user-friendly, and visually compelling digital products. You can work remotely, and if you’re from Rivne — welcome to our office! 🪑
What You’ll Do ⚡
Collaborate with clients and the team to understand business goals, audience, and challenges
Conduct discovery activities: stakeholder interviews, UX audits, user surveys, competitive analysis
Build information architecture, user flows, and sitemaps for clear navigation
Design responsive websites, landing pages, and e-commerce flows — from wireframes to polished UI
Apply UX principles (heuristics, Gestalt laws, cognitive load, accessibility standards) for inclusive and intuitive design
Create interactive prototypes and present concepts to clients with the PM or Design Lead
Integrate CRO principles, persuasive UI patterns, and marketing frameworks
Improve designs based on analytics, user behavior, and A/B tests
Keep Figma files organized and provide clear handoffs for developers
What We’re Looking For 🔍
2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design (web)
Strong skills in Figma; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus
Experience with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code tools is an advantage
Experience with AI-powered design tools (Midjourney, Figma Make, Claude, Codex) is a plus
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Basic knowledge of CRO, marketing design, and persuasive UI patterns
Strong UX sense (heuristics, IA, accessibility/WCAG)
English minimum at Upper-Intermediate level
Portfolio with web and UX/UI project cases
Would be cool if you also 😎
Have experience with analytics tools and a data-driven approach
Have a background in creative or graphic design
