Що робити
- Develop and implement UX copy for new features and user onboarding (Ukrainian and English)
- Analyze existing functionality and propose improvements through microcopy optimization
- Gather, analyze, and systematize copy requirements from stakeholders (Product Owners, business analysts, legal team)
- Build and maintain a unified Tone of Voice and glossary/guidelines for the app
- Prepare copy specifications for the development team
Що очікуємо
- Higher education in philology, journalism, marketing, sociology, communications, or related field
- 3+ years as a UX writer or product copywriter in a product IT company or banking sector
- Strong understanding of mobile product development processes and UX/UI design
- Experience testing hypotheses around product copy
- Experience with analytics/metrics to evaluate interface copy
