Що робити
- Plan, launch, and scale ad campaigns on Facebook and Google (there will be an opportunity to work with other channels as well)
- Stay on top of Meta and Google healthcare (prescription drugs) ad policies;
- Track performance and look for ways to improve CPA and lead quality
- Do competitor research to find new ad ideas, creative angles, hooks, offers, and channels to test
- Create clear tasks and briefs for our designer and creative marketing specialist
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook) and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong expertise in campaign scaling, audience testing, creative testing, and performance optimization
- English proficiency at a strong B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance metrics
- Able to write clearly and communicate results in a simple way
