About the Client Our client is a US-based deep-tech company developing advanced positioning, tracking, and situational awareness solutions for GPS-denied environments.
The company combines embedded systems, wireless technologies, and AI to create real-time location and communication solutions for defense, emergency response, healthcare, and industrial applications.
Their technology helps track people, assets, and autonomous systems in complex environments where traditional GPS solutions are not reliable.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of commercial experience in embedded development
Strong proficiency in C/C++
Experience working with STM32 or other ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
Experience developing or modifying firmware for UAV/robotics systems
Hands-on experience with ArduPilot, PX4, or similar flight controller platforms
Understanding of MAVLink, telemetry, and UAV system architecture
Practical experience with embedded protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and PWM
Experience with embedded systems debugging and log analysis.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of EKF, sensor fusion, and navigation algorithms
Experience with UAV tuning and flight testing
Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS/Zephyr)
Experience with Linux onboard computers (Jetson/Raspberry Pi)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for embedded projects
Python programming skills for automation.
