The app helps people organize recipes, plan meals, and simplify weekly cooking — all in one place. The product has already become one of the leading cooking subscription apps globally, with paid acquisition scaled to $1M–$2M/month across multiple channels.
The team is small, senior, and product-focused. You’ll work directly with the founders and own performance marketing decisions that directly impact company growth.

Why This Role Exists
Team looking for a senior specialist who can take ownership of major paid acquisition channels while improving performance infrastructure and experimentation processes.
Over the next 3–6 months, this person will help:
scale spend beyond the current $1M+/month level
improve attribution understanding and decision-making
test new campaign structures and acquisition approaches
launch and optimize web quiz funnels
strengthen communication loops between performance, creative, and data teams
What You’ll Do
Performance Marketing Ownership
Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
Adjust spend allocation based on performance and attribution insights
Monitor efficiency while scaling acquisition volume
Identify opportunities for new growth channels and experiments
Attribution & Analytics
Debug attribution inconsistencies and tracking issues
Work closely with MMPs and internal performance dashboards
Analyze campaign performance deeply, beyond surface ROAS metrics
Partner with the data engineer to improve reporting visibility and performance charts
Experimentation
Test new campaign types and acquisition angles
Support launch and optimization of web quizzes and funnel experiments
Analyze creative performance and identify repeatable winning patterns
Help improve testing velocity and decision-making processes
Cross-functional Collaboration
Relay performance insights and creative learnings back to the creative team
Communicate clearly with founders and senior stakeholders
Contribute to channel strategy and scaling decisions
Work closely with product and growth functions when testing new funnels
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
Hands-on experience running paid acquisition for mobile apps
Strong experience with at least some combination of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
Experience working inside product companies (not agency-only backgrounds)
Strong understanding of attribution and MMPs
Very data-focused mindset
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high ownership
Experience managing or contributing to large-scale paid media budgets
Strongly Preferred
Experience at apps spending $250k+/month on paid acquisition
Experience scaling subscription-based consumer products
Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights clearly
Experience collaborating closely with creative and product teams
Nice to Have
Experience with predicted LTV models
Experience launching or optimizing web quiz funnels
Experience working at high-growth consumer app companies
