Що робити

Lead the DevOps team to develop, maintain, and improve infrastructure and processes.
Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical debt and feature/infrastructure delivery work within the DevOps backlog — infrastructure upgrades, CI/CD pipeline improvements, monitoring/observability initiatives, security-related infrastructure work, incident postmortems and follow-ups.
Plan and track infrastructure and platform engineering work at the task level — breaking down infrastructure epics into actionable tickets, estimating effort with engineers, and sequencing dependencies (e.g., migrations, environment provisioning, tooling rollouts).
Coordinate DevOps on-call/incident processes with the team, ensuring incidents are logged, tracked, and followed up with corrective action items.
Bridge communication between business, development and DevOps teams.

Що очікуємо

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT companies.
Hands-on experience with production incidents, root cause analysis, postmortems, and understanding of reliability concepts.
2+ years of prior hands-on experience in a technical role (Backend Development, Frontend Development, Tech Lead or DevOps Engineering) is required
Experience working directly with DevOps teams is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
