Що робити
- Be the main point of contact for multiple projects at a given time.
- Communicate with the Business Development Department and closely work with the Pre-Sales Team.
- Manage resourcing plans — planning team tasks for the sprint and overall project delivery. Manage resources between multiple projects, depending on the priorities.
- Work with stakeholders and teams to prepare executive summaries that have estimated timelines and resource impact so prioritization and strategic decisions can be made.
- Work with the team to properly organize and manage projects and tasks in Jira.
Що очікуємо
- Working experience — 4+ years on PM positions.
- Experience with team resourcing, short and long-term.
- Strong communication skills — clear and direct written and verbal. Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and changing priorities.
