Що очікуємо
- 10+ years of software engineering, and you still write code yourself every day.
- Solid experience with a compiled or systems language (such as C++, Rust, Go, Java, or C#), on projects beyond typical CRUD
- Projects where you designed and wrote low-level or algorithmically complex logic yourself: a network protocol, an engine, a codec, a storage layer
- Comfortable implementing data structures and algorithms by hand, without relying on libraries or AI assistants.
- Ready to work primarily in TypeScript / Node.js.
