What makes you a great fit
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (strong expertise required)
Strong proficiency with AI tools (especially Claude Code)
High level of ownership and accountability
Open-minded, collaborative, and communicative personality
Startup experience is a strong plus
Swift experience — advantage
Good understanding of clean code principles, testing practices, and architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM) — advantage
Fluent English communication skills
