Що робити
- Coach Scrum Masters through regular one-to-ones, facilitation feedback and support in difficult situations
- Build a shared standard for the Scrum Master role and a community of practice
- Facilitate planning, dailies, reviews and retrospectives with clear decisions
- Choose appropriate methods for each team
- Analyse and redesign processes, making bottlenecks and handovers visible
Що очікуємо
- Must-have:
- 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach with proven results across multiple teams
- Proven experience coaching other Scrum Masters (one-to-ones, feedback on facilitation, community of practice)
- Broad and deep method knowledge: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, OKRs, Design Thinking, Impact Mapping — with judgement to adapt, combine or drop methods
- Strong process analysis skills: model, measure and improve workflows; make bottlenecks visible
