EU Remote | Full-time | B2B / Ukrainian FOP | German Client
We’re looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst (FI/CO) to join a full-time transformation project for an international client based in Germany.
The project is focused on the next stage of the company’s SAP S/4HANA transformation - shaping how Finance teams, responsibilities, processes, and capacity should be organized within the new environment.
This is a transformation-focused role with direct involvement in defining the post-S/4HANA operating model, rather than day-to-day SAP support.
What you’ll work on
Analyze FI/CO business processes within the S/4HANA environment
Gather and structure requirements from business stakeholders
Support AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Help define future Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) and ownership across teams
Contribute to the Capacity Management strategy, including resource and workload planning
Translate Finance and business needs into clear functional requirements and recommendations
Facilitate discussions between business, Finance, and technical teams
Prepare documentation supporting future operational and organizational decisions
What we’re looking for
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
Solid functional expertise in SAP FI/CO and Finance processes
Experience as an SAP FI/CO Functional Consultant, SAP Business Analyst, or similar
Experience with S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects
Strong business process analysis and requirements-gathering skills
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ability to independently analyze complex requirements and turn them into practical solutions
Good English communication skills
Nice to have
Experience with R&R, RACI, or operating model design
Experience with Capacity Management, resource planning, or workload planning
German language skills
