Що робити
- Own full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML, Computer Vision, Software Engineering, and other specialized roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and priorities.
- Independently develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex and hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals, personal networks, candidate databases, Boolean Search, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Good understanding of the engineering talent market and ability to assess different technical profiles and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including LinkedIn, Boolean Search, professional communities, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Established candidate network and/or strong personal talent database, particularly within technical and engineering communities.
- Ability to independently own the recruitment process from role intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, offer, and closing.
