Що робити
- Own full-cycle recruitment for your roles — from position intake to offer acceptance
- Take on the team’s hard-to-fill and key roles and drive them to closing
- Partner directly with Hiring Managers to understand business needs, urgency, and feedback
- Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research
- Provide structured candidate feedback and keep your pipeline data clean and up to date
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years in IT full-cycle recruitment
- Proven track record closing complex and hard-to-fill technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, including passive candidates
- Experience hiring in international markets (Balkans, Europe, LATAM) alongside the Ukrainian market
- Hands-on experience working directly with hiring managers: negotiating requirements, learning from retrospectives, proactively coordinating with stakeholders (sharing updates and next steps to improve time-to-fill), and building trust
