- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing for C-level, executive, senior management, and technical positions across the IT, software, blockchain, Web3, fintech, gaming, and emerging technology sectors
- Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, GitHub, job boards, and other sourcing channels
- Research target companies and markets to identify relevant executives, technology leaders, and senior professionals
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment projects
- Develop targeted outreach strategies to engage both active and passive candidates
