Що робити
- ▪Own QA quality on the account: define test strategy, ensure coverage, choose manual vs. automated approach by risk
- ▪Lead and mentor the QA team; assign work, review output, run performance/feedback conversations
- ▪Be the primary QA voice to the client — proactively surface risks, defect trends, and remediation plans rather than waiting to be asked
- ▪Drive process improvement and defect-prevention culture; push automation where it reduces risk
- ▪Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning
Що очікуємо
- ▪English B2-C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced), confident written and spoken — will interface directly with clients
- ▪4+ years hands-on manual QA experience, including 1+ years leading, mentoring, or managing testers
- ▪Proven track record defining QA strategy and test plans for a project (not just executing one)
- ▪Strong SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum experience
- ▪Experience preparing test documentation (test plans, test cases, bug reports, checklists) and reviewing others’ documentation
