- Core Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software in startup or fast-growing environments.
- Solid backend development experience with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks).
- Practical experience with React and building web applications.
- Experience designing and maintaining API-first systems (REST), asynchronous services, and distributed architectures.
