Що робити
- Manage multiple software development teams and projects simultaneously
- Own project planning, roadmaps, timelines, and delivery
- Communicate directly with clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Identify risks, communicate project updates, and proactively resolve blockers
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in software development
- Solid experience working in startup or product-oriented environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing multiple teams and parallel projects
- Good understanding of AI tools and their practical application in software development
