- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Plan and prioritize tasks, manage resources, and monitor project progress.
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business analysts, and customers.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken English is required.
