Senior Product Manager

• Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst/Manager, preferably in crypto, fintech or digital product environments, with hands-on experience defining business and functional requirements.
• Payments Expertise: Understanding of APMs, PSPs, payment gateways, card schemes, bank transfers, wallets, settlement flows, and reconciliation.
• Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of crypto exchange concepts: liquidity aggregation, custody models, wallets, transaction flows, blockchain basics, and on-/off-ramp mechanics.
• Specification: Ability to prepare complete specification packages (BRD, FRD, user stories, API specs, workflow diagrams, etc.).
• Technical: Familiarity with integration patterns, SDKs, REST APIs, WebSockets, and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and SIT/UAT processes.
