Outstaff Hiring: Remote — Contract (Full-time, Long-term)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a Knowledge Graph platform that connects and contextualizes enterprise data to power analytics, AI applications, semantic search, and intelligent products.
In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data specialists, and AI experts to define product strategy, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.

What You’ll Do
Lead the evaluation of Knowledge Graph technologies and recommend the best platform based on business and technical requirements.
Define evaluation criteria, coordinate proof-of-concepts with engineering teams, and document findings.
Gather, prioritize, and manage a backlog of Knowledge Graph use cases across multiple business domains.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Define requirements around data modeling, ontologies, data sources, query patterns, integrations, security, and scalability.
Own the product roadmap and work closely with engineering teams to deliver new capabilities.
Coordinate work across platform, data, AI, and application teams.
Manage stakeholders across business and technical functions, communicating priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs.
Drive adoption of the Knowledge Graph platform by defining onboarding processes and collecting feedback for future improvements.
Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience.
At least 2 years working with data platforms, AI/ML products, or enterprise platforms.
Strong technical understanding of data modeling and modern data architectures.
Experience working with engineers to define product requirements and technical solutions.
Good understanding of Knowledge Graph concepts, including:
Nodes, edges, and graph relationships
Ontologies and taxonomies
RDF and Property Graph models
Entity resolution
Experience translating complex business problems into clear product requirements.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog management and roadmap planning.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
Experience building or contributing to Knowledge Graph solutions.
Experience with technologies such as:
Neo4j
TigerGraph
Stardog
GraphDB
Amazon Neptune
Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, graph analytics, or RAG/LLM architectures.
Experience evaluating enterprise software platforms through proof-of-concepts and vendor selection.
Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or a related field.
