- Stakeholder and Cross-Team Communication:
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements;
- Build clear communications with Operational team to launch new features with required operational processes;
- Actively contribute to the long-term strategic planning and development of the Card Issuing Product;
- Initiatives. Own and manage the jira backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prepared at least one sprint ahead to facilitate smooth sprint planning;
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in a bank (Payment card industry), third-party processor, or Fintech companies in a role related to Fintech Products development.
- Will be plus
- Experience of the work in the banking card division/payment card processing division or in a third-party processor.
- Soft Skills
- Systems Thinking;
