- Plan and run user research with patients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders to surface real problems before designing solutions
- Synthesise research into clear problem statements, journey maps, and design principles that align the squad
- Own end-to-end design — from rough concepts through to production-ready specs, with clear interaction and state documentation for engineers
- Create high-fidelity prototypes to test assumptions and communicate intent before development begins
- Design for multiple form factors (web, iOS, Android) with a consistent cross-platform experience
Що пропонуємо
- Experience designing for regulated or safety-critical domains (healthcare, fintech, medtech, or similar)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and designing inclusively
- Exposure to design systems at scale — tokens, theming, documentation, and component governance
- Background in data-dense or clinical dashboard design
- Experience working in distributed, async-first teams across multiple time zones
