We’re looking for a Product Designer to join a long-term StellarsTech client building a platform that helps manage after-school activities in one place.
Level: Senior Location: Remote (Ukraine, Europe) Employment: Full Time
What Will You Do:
Build and own the full design process loop: research → flows → wireframes → polished UI → hand-off.
Turn complex workflows into simple experiences across scheduling, payments, staff/parent management, and reporting.
Rebuild the dated UI kit into a scalable, accessible design system for web and mobile.
Validate and iterate quickly through usability testing, user feedback, and product analytics.
Build and validate product hypotheses using user insights and A/B testing.
Collaborate closely with the product owner, engineers, and stakeholders, while managing alignment and expectations across teams.
What makes you a good fit:
4–5+ years in UX/UI or Product Design, preferably in SaaS or other operations-heavy platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing iterative improvements to complex systems and delivery of elegant, scalable solutions.
Proficiency in Figma and a track record of collaborating effectively with engineers.
Strong problem-solving mindset with systems thinking and a user-centered approach balanced with business goals.
Experience optimizing workflows using AI-powered tools.
Confident English communication skills for direct collaboration with clients.
Understanding of software development principles.
