- Lead the end-to-end design process for one or more B2C products—from discovery and ideation through prototyping, user testing, and delivery.

- Produce high-quality design work in fast-paced environments while maintaining strong design thinking, process, and attention to detail.
- Design and evolve chat experiences, applying generative capabilities where they provide clear value to users.
- Translate user research, data, and business objectives into thoughtful product solutions. Continuously iterate to improve usability, engagement, and outcomes.
