Що робити
- Own the end-to-end product design process, including user research, discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and design handoff
- Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces for complex software applications and hardware-integrated experiences
- Translate product requirements, technical constraints, and user needs into clear, effective interaction designs
- Create user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity designs that support complex workflows and system states
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to validate design decisions and improve the user experience
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product design for shipped digital products
- Hands-on Product Design experience in the defense-tech / miltech industry or with defense-related products
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing product company, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment
