- 3+ years of experience in analytics within a B2C product as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Marketing Analyst;
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar;
- Understanding of product metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, LTV, engagement, revenue, deposits, or user activity;
- Experience with funnel analysis, segmentation, hypothesis validation, or A/B testing;
