Що робити
- Manage and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing for profitability and business growth
- Develop budget allocation and channel strategies based on performance data and business goals
- Monitor tracking accuracy and work with GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI to ensure reliable data
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and analyze cross-channel results
- Optimize product feeds and collaborate with design and product teams to improve conversion rates
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, primarily with e-commerce projects in the US or EU markets
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $50K+ per month
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
- Solid knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Meta CAPI
- Strong analytical skills, including attribution models and profit-focused campaign optimization
