Що робити
- Provider onboarding: new PSPs, plus new products with providers we already work with — applications via agents, merchant ID registration, entities
- Domain compliance: preparing the websites we submit for onboarding to meet provider requirements — knowing what has to be stated, how and where (terms, refund and subscription cancellation policy, pricing, product description, contacts, support) and keeping it current after underwriting
- Recurring and rebills: retry logic, soft/hard declines, payment-method update flows, reducing involuntary churn
- Approval rate: audit by GEO, provider and card scheme, routing and cascading priorities
- Commercial terms: helping negotiate fees and rolling reserves, auditing commissions to see where the money leaks
