Your expertise:
5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, including senior-level ownership of channel strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting
Demonstrated experience advertising non-retail digital products or services, ideally within web services, SaaS, telecom, fintech, or a comparable category
Strong practical expertise in Meta Ads Manager and relevant campaign experience on X Ads, Reddit Ads, Quora Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
A track record of developing paid social activity beyond isolated campaign launches into a coherent, repeatable, and scalable channel program
Strong understanding of both brand and performance objectives, including how top-of-funnel signals relate to consideration, conversion, customer acquisition, and longer decision journeys
Confidence working with platform reporting and diagnosing performance through audiences, placements, creative, delivery, bidding, landing-page behavior, and conversion data
Experience creating testing frameworks and using evidence to decide what to scale, refine, or stop
Ability to write clear, effective ad copy and adapt simple creative assets while giving actionable briefs and feedback to design and content partners
Strong ownership, prioritization, and project-management skills, with the ability to build structure in an early-stage channel environment
C1 English proficiency, with clear written and verbal communication suitable for cross-team planning, presentations, feedback, and stakeholder discussions
Will definitely be a plus:
Experience marketing multiple products, customer segments, or geographic markets within one portfolio
Familiarity with GA4, UTM governance, pixels, conversion APIs, and collaborating with analytics teams on attribution, lift studies, incrementality, or broader measurement frameworks
Experience with video-first creative, lead-generation campaigns, account-based targeting, or paid social support for product launches and integrated campaigns
An understanding of subscription, renewal, lifetime-value, or multi-touch customer journeys

You will be involved into:
Create and implement a paid social strategy across Meta, X, and LinkedIn, defining each platform’s role by product, audience, funnel stage, and business objective
Plan, build, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns while maintaining strong account structure, targeting, tracking, naming, and documentation standards
Develop campaigns that support both brand demand and performance acquisition, connecting awareness and consideration activity with downstream trials, purchases, and new-customer growth
Evaluate reach, frequency, CPM, video engagement, click quality, audience response, and creative performance, then translate those signals into practical decisions rather than reviewing platform metrics in isolation
