We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work closely with our leadership team and help us build the operational foundation for our growth.
This role is for someone who can bring structure to a fast-growing, multi-product company, connect teams, and turn complex challenges into practical solutions. You’ll have significant ownership and the opportunity to influence how the company operates.
What you’ll do
Audit and improve operational processes, team structures, and responsibilities across the company.
Establish clear goals, accountability, and performance tracking across teams and products.
Identify bottlenecks and improve collaboration and resource allocation.
Work closely with leadership on strategic and cross-functional initiatives.
Coordinate key functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, and Recruitment.
Own operational improvements from identifying problems to implementing solutions.
Introduce AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for
4-6 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar role.
Experience in a startup, SaaS, tech, fintech, or another fast-growing environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience building processes, setting goals, and improving team performance.
High ownership and the ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
Confidence to challenge decisions and communicate directly with leadership.
Proactive, energetic, and hands-on mindset.
English B2+.
Nice to have
Experience working directly with founders or C-level executives.
Experience in a multi-product company.
Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
