Що робити

Lead the technical assessment, stabilization, and long-term evolution of the existing production platform.
Analyze the architecture, service dependencies, data flows, integrations, and infrastructure to identify technical risks and improvement opportunities.
Drive architectural improvements, reduce technical debt, and define a pragmatic modernization roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Improve CI/CD, deployment, database migration, and rollback processes.
Establish engineering standards, technical governance, and best practices for development, code review, testing, and releases.

Що очікуємо

8+ years of commercial software development experience, including 5+ years with C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core.
Previous experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
Strong experience designing distributed, event-driven microservice architectures.
Production experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, SQL Server, and messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
Experience with REST, gRPC, webhooks, service-to-service integrations, modern CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and GitOps practices.
