- Manual testing of multiple backend applications (in Linux servers) which are used for routing orders from clients to US options and equity exchanges
- Routing applications are pure backend, written in C++, no GUI
- They are running on Linux platform
- Low latency and high throughput are major factors
- Creating test plans, test cases, test reports
Що очікуємо
- + years of experience in QA, where 1+ year is as a server-side (Linux servers ) testing
- Profound knowledge in *nix platforms on an experienced user level (run applications, copy files, grep huge logs, cat, sed, vim/nano editors, bash scripting, etc.)
- Experience with SQL databases, e.g.: Oracle and/or Postgres
- Familiar with XML, messaging protocols, etc.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP stack, networking, etc.
