Що робити
- Create, launch, manage, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook/Meta Ads across white-hat verticals
- Develop and implement strategies for scaling successful lead generation campaigns
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization
- Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, audiences, offers, funnels, and campaign structures
- Prepare clear and comprehensive performance reports for clients
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven track record in lead generation campaigns
- Experience managing advertising budgets of $50K+ per month
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta/Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and performance analysis
- Experience working with tracking platforms such as Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, or similar
