Що робити
- Launch and scale financial publishing offers across Meta and Google, owning the full campaign lifecycle from research and angle selection to optimization and scaling.
- Own campaign profitability, including ad spend, CPA, payout, margin, and volume, and make data-driven decisions on when to scale or cut campaigns.
- Develop campaign angles and creative concepts, brief designers, copywriters, and video editors, and build a consistent creative testing pipeline.
- Test and optimize the full conversion path, including ads, advertorials, pre-landers, and landing pages.
- Build clear testing frameworks with defined budgets, success metrics, kill rules, and scale rules.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience with direct ownership of advertising spend and campaign profitability.
- Proven experience personally managing $100K+ in monthly ad spend on a sustained basis.
- Strong Meta Ads expertise at scale, including campaign structure, testing frameworks, creative testing, scaling mechanics, and account health.
- Hands-on Google Ads experience across at least one of Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, or Performance Max.
- Experience in financial publishing / financial direct response is highly preferred; Health direct response is also highly relevant.
