- Own end-to-end media buying across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok
- Build, test, and scale direct-response campaigns against strict CPA/CPL targets
- Manage large monthly budgets (six figures and up) with daily optimization and a daily ship cadence
- Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on high-volume ad creative
- Own CRO across landing systems; work with the tech team on server-side tracking and attribution
Що очікуємо
- 4+ years in media buying / paid acquisition, with real affiliate or lead-gen / performance-marketing experience
- A proven track record scaling paid social profitably at $100K+/mo budgets
- Deep Meta Ads expertise, plus strength in at least one of Google / YouTube / TikTok
- Fluency in CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, and pixel / server-side (CAPI) tracking
- A direct-response instinct — you know what makes a buyer click, not just a browser
