Riseapps builds AI-powered software products for the U.S. healthcare market. We partner with healthcare providers, startups, and digital health companies, and we’re now scaling our outbound engine to the next level.

We’re looking for a Senior Lead Generation Manager who doesn’t just run campaigns, but builds and owns the entire outbound system, drives meaningful pipeline, and leads the function with strategic depth. Design, build, and scale a full-cycle outbound lead generation engine across multiple channels with a focus on cold outreach (email + LinkedIn), U.S. and EU healthcare conferences, and emerging channels you champion. You will own this function end-to-end and be expected to think and act at a leadership level.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in B2B outbound lead generation, with at least 2 years at a senior level;

Proven expertise in cold email and LinkedIn outreach: strategy, copywriting, sequencing, optimization;

Hands-on conference lead generation experience (U.S. and/or EU tech/healthcare events): pre-event research, booth and meeting planning, post-event follow-up;

Experience leading or mentoring a small team or function (even in a solo-contributor capacity with influence over processes and vendors);

Strong data-driven mindset: you set targets, track performance, and iterate based on metrics;

Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and leadership and translate strategy into execution;

A healthcare or IT services background is a strong plus;

English B2+ or higher.

What You’ll Do:

Own the full lead generation function end-to-end: define goals, build playbooks, report on pipeline, meetings booked, and CAC by channel;

Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach from ICP definition to conversion: sequences, A/B testing, CRM hygiene, automation;

Plan and execute conference strategy (U.S. & EU): pre-event outreach, on-site lead capture, post-event follow-up;

Partner with the Sales to align pipeline targets; propose and test new channels (Upwork, niche communities, partnerships).
