Senior/Lead Business Analyst

Що робити

• Lead the BA team: mentor analysts and define the standards and process for how the team works.
• Define and run the end-to-end requirements process for a fast-growing product
• Run discovery and prioritization sessions directly with our anchor client’s leadership team and other stakeholders
• Translate complex operational and compliance requirements into clear, dev-ready specifications
• Govern scope on active initiatives (track changes, flag conflicts, prevent scope creep)
