Що робити

Collaborate closely with insurance business units and stakeholders to identify, assess, prioritize, and define high-impact AI and automation use cases.
Translate complex insurance business requirements, processes, and legacy business rules into detailed functional requirements, specifications, and user stories.
Map and analyze end-to-end insurance workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and collaborative solution-design sessions between business stakeholders and technical delivery squads.
Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring technical teams have a clear understanding of the underlying business problem and expected outcomes.

Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance industry.
Solid understanding of insurance business processes, workflows, rules, and customer journeys.
Strong experience with requirements gathering and functional requirements definition.
Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Strong experience with business process mapping and process optimization.
