Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze performance data across the product. Identify trends, winning variants, and underperforming segments by yield, RPM, and engagement, and report findings clearly to stakeholders.
Test Design & Tracking: Design statistically sound A/B tests, track them end to end, and drive each to a clear, data-backed verdict. (Test deployment on-platform is straightforward and fully supported — no engineering required.)
Feed & Segment Optimization: Diagnose underperforming segments, root-cause the drivers from the data, and recommend optimizations validated against test results.
Competitor Intelligence: Use spy tools and manual research to study competitor landers, funnels, and structures, and translate observations into testable hypotheses. (Training provided.)
Monitoring & Anomaly Detection: Build and maintain dashboards and automated monitors over live activity; investigate performance anomalies and irregularities in the data.

5+ years of hands-on analytics / BI experience in a data-driven environment (performance marketing, e-commerce, product analytics, or similar).
Strong SQL — comfortable writing complex queries against large datasets independently.
Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, including a working grasp of statistical significance.
Strong analytical mindset; able to turn messy data into clear, defensible recommendations.
Self-directed and accountable, comfortable operating autonomously as an external partner across time zones.
