Що робити

Own large features and systems end to end — from discovery and design through deployment and ongoing operation
Participate in architecture and system design: promote modularity, clear boundaries, scalability, reliability, security, and cost-awareness; contribute to and help socialize design proposals (RFCs/ADRs) for significant decisions
Follow and strengthen team standards and process — work within the team’s established coding standards, review practices, and delivery process; conduct thorough code reviews (design, performance, security, maintainability) with fast turnaround and contribute ideas to improve how the team works
Master the application, data, and performance layers: resolve the toughest defects and bottlenecks; optimize Entity Framework, SQL queries, indexing, and caching; establish robust, reusable Blazor component patterns
Drive cloud & DevOps excellence on Azure: improve Azure DevOps pipelines and release strategies, build meaningful observability (Application Insights/Log Analytics), and strengthen reliability, recovery, and cost optimization
