Що робити
- Build customer features from 0 to 1 in Python, TypeScript and React, and keep them working in production. Make the data accurate and the interface clear.
- Investigate production problems using logs, metrics and the actual request and job flow. Identify who is affected, contain the problem and verify the fix.
- Keep payments correct: checkout, recurring charges, payment webhooks, refunds and chargebacks.
- Keep AI render jobs reliable. Handle retries, duplicate events, slow providers and worker failures without losing data or letting one account hold up everyone else.
- Harden security: separation between workspaces, roles and permissions, webhook signatures. Protect our APIs against abuse.

- We're a small team. We work asynchronously and review progress weekly. Keep the team informed about decisions, blockers and incidents. We care about work reaching customers and continuing to work after release.
- We will discuss working-hour overlap, incident coverage, response expectations and any on-call arrangement before an offer.
