Що робити

Take full technical ownership of complex features — from architecture to deployment
Build and ship AI-powered workflows: LLM agents, document processing pipelines, tool calling
Design backend systems that hold up under load: APIs, async workers, queues, third-party integrations
Debug production issues across the full stack using traces and logs
Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) as a daily part of your workflow — not occasionally, but habitually

Що очікуємо

7+ years of professional software engineering
Strong Python with FastAPI (or similar) and TypeScript with React
Advanced SQL and schema design — PostgreSQL preferred
Cloud infrastructure experience: Azure, AWS, or GCP; Docker; CI/CD pipelines
Deep understanding of async system design: reliable APIs, workers, queues
