Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented Full-Stack developer. You will work in small teams on various products, from integrating multiple platforms into one dashboard to managing our data and analytics systems.
Our customer provides a property management software product and support services for the $100 billion Airbnb and vacation rental market. They are one of the fastest-growing high-tech start-ups in Tel Aviv, profitable and showing very promising results. Their product is an agentic-first Property Management System, and the team builds it the same way: AI agents are part of everyday development.
The team focuses on accuracy, architecture, and impact. You’ll work on complex business logic, data flows and transformations, with a focus on top quality and accuracy.

What you’ll do
Design data-intensive web applications
Optimise performance so the systems keep up with a fast-growing business
Write clean, maintainable code, using AI coding agents as part of your daily workflow
Work primarily on the back end, and pick up the occasional straightforward front-end fix
What we’re looking for
Must-have
6+ years in development roles, ideally in start-ups or other agile environments
A track record of long-term collaboration with previous employers
Node.js and TypeScript (Express.js or NestJS)
Hands-on experience working in an agentic-first way: using AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) daily and validating their output
React, enough to handle non-complex front-end fixes
Experience designing high-performance, scalable microservices, with OOP design patterns and complex business logic
Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and AWS
Relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
English at Upper-Intermediate level or above
Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
Curiosity: you enjoy solving complex problems and learning new technologies
Nice to have
Distributed enterprise systems design
Payments domain experience
Background in SaaS platforms and start-ups
