Що робити
- Work closely with product owners to design, implement, and deploy scalable systems supporting complex digital products and operational workflows.
- Deliver elegant, effective software quickly, using AI to accelerate development without sacrificing quality or ownership.
- Provide thought leadership on processes, tooling, systems, and software architecture, including how AI can be effectively adopted across engineering workflows.
- Improve and maintain existing systems, prioritizing maintainable solutions and removing friction from the development process.
- Mentor other engineers through design and architecture planning, code review, and knowledge sharing.
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- An AI-native engineer: you already build with agentic/AI-assisted tools and have strong instincts for where they help and where they don’t.
- An exceptional problem solver with a passion for tackling hard challenges.
- Very comfortable with TypeScript and JavaScript, React, and a backend language such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Able to deliver elegant, effective software solutions in a timely manner.
