- Design and build production-ready AI agent pipelines, including intake triage, chart retrieval, cross-referencing, flag detection, protocol matching, and preparation assembly.
- Develop and maintain AI orchestration across models such as Anthropic and OpenAI, optimizing token usage, cost, and latency.
- Build and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool interfaces, ensuring secure and scope-limited access to healthcare data.
- Implement robust guardrails and human-in-the-loop review workflows. All patient-facing information and chart updates must go through the appropriate clinical approval process.
- Develop the clinician-facing application using React and TypeScript, including nurse workspaces, protocol libraries, and physician summary views.
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years of commercial full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Solid production experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agentic systems in production, including:
- Tool use and function calling.
