- interface decision that ships is your responsibility, and its standard is yours to

- ● UI/UX Supervision: Supervise team members’ UI/UX work: set direction,
- review output, advise on solutions, and drive any task to done at your own
Що очікуємо
- Must-Have Experience
- ● Quality Ownership: Experience as the final quality owner for a product’s
- UI/UX, with sign-off responsibility for what ships.
- ● AI-Native Workflow: Hands-on production experience with AI design and code tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or close equivalents) as the core of your daily workflow, including advanced prompting, and current knowledge of the AI-era UI/UX landscape.
- ● Portfolio: Shipped, live consumer web products with visible craft in the details. Depth of work matters more to us than years of experience.
